HOW LONG DO 'IN STOCK' PRODUCTS TAKE TO BE SHIPPED?
I will do my best to consistently ship any 'in stock' products on at the end of the week. US shipping is estimated around 3-7 days, and international shipping is estimated around 1-3 weeks.

HOW LONG DO PREORDERS TAKE TO BE SHIPPED?

Preorders stay open for 2 weeks before I make the order. Products should be produced and shipped to me within 10-15 days but can take longer. You can stay up to date by checking my updates page here, as I will alert customers of such things!

I MISSED A PREORDER! CAN I STILL BUY THE PRODUCT LATER?
Yes! I will purchase extras during the preorder period, and put them up on my shop for purchase once I receive them, in case you missed/couldn't commit to a preorder at the time.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS TO SHIP TOGETHER?
Yes! If you'd like to add more products to an order before it has been packed and shipped, let me know through my contact page! I will give you a discount on the second order for free shipping, so that I can pack them together.

WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS LIMITED EDITION?
They are items that either did not score high on merch interest polls, or are being sold without a prior interest check. I don't know how well they'll do. If they sell well, I'll make it a regular product, but if there is not any interest, I will most likely stop listing the product for purchase.

MY PRODUCT IS SCRATCHED/PEELING!
Some of my products, like keychains, may come with a protective film layer on one or both sides. You can peel it off!

YOU DON'T SHIP TO MY REGION!
If your region isn't an option for shipping, let me know on my contact page, and I will integrate it as soon as possible!

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS?
I accept both refunds and returns! Refunds/Returns will only be accepted 7 days after an order has been received, and the order must not be damaged. Contact me if you need to refund or return an order.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED!
I'm so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, I am not responsible for what happens to orders after they are dropped off at the post office, but please use my contact form to let me know; I will offer a discounted replacement where the customer only has to cover shipping.
